At Montaluce, we are pleased to have a state-of-the-art Wolf Sub-Zero Demonstration Kitchen. The open cooking demo area and wood-fired oven offer the perfect environment to learn and become inspired about the joys of cooking.

Chef Steve Hewins and his talented team are happy to customize a cooking class to your particular group or interest. Perfect for a corporate experience, bridal party or shower, or to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, Chef Steve will treat guests to the nuances of cooking with the seasons and the finest of Italian cuisine--from pasta and pizza making to pastries and family-style favorites.
